Hybrid Input System, Reinvented: Modke Mimic Joins reWASD

Modke Mimic is now officially supported in reWASD as part of our partnership with Modke. Mimic is a newly released thumbstick device designed to be used alongside a keyboard and mouse, offering a more ergonomic approach to hybrid gameplay. While reWASD has long supported grouping multiple devices into a unified setup, Mimic is purpose-built for this type of use, allowing you to move movement control to your thumb while keeping full keyboard access. This update also introduces default Modke Mimic profile to help you get started quickly includes three configs that designed for grouped setups (keyboard + mouse + Mimic) and provide a ready-to-use foundation for building your own Hybrid Input experience. This update expands Flydigi support to include the Vader 3 and Direwolf controllers. Both devices are fully compatible with reWASD, offering seamless detection, remapping, and advanced customization, just like other supported Flydigi models. Support currently starts with the first Direwolf model, with additional versions coming in future releases. Direwolf features dual-axis gyro hardware. Please note that both controllers must be connected via cable or the official dongle. Adaptive triggers are not supported.
ESP32 Improvements and General Fixes

ESP32 Improvements and General Fixes

This update also brings several stability improvements, with a focus on ESP32 adapters. We’ve enhanced the overall workflow when working with external devices via supported ESP32-S2/S3 boards and improved the Wi-Fi setup process by adding system checks for Location services and Wi-Fi availability before scanning networks. This helps prevent connection issues and provides clearer guidance when required system services are disabled. Additionally, we fixed a rare issue with Xbox controller detection when used as part of composite devices (such as Razer analog keyboards and similar hardware), along with minor GUI fixes and overall stability improvements.
