and other popular controllers on new reWASD 6.5.0
Starting with reWASD 6.5.0, users can now enjoy remapping of a range of popular controllers, including the Azeron Cyro, DualSense Edge, Hori Wired Mini Gamepad for PlayStation 4, GameSir G7 Wired Controller, and XIM Nexus.
We always
stay up-to-date with the latest releases of gamepads, so we are excited to announce our support for Azeron Cyro and DualSense Edge.
In response to the high demand for the Azeron Cyro - Keypad and mouse hybrid for one-handed gaming, we promptly introduced support for this device.
In addition, we received a significant number of requests for the DualSense Edge with additional Fn-buttons, and we are thrilled to announce that reWASD 6.5 now supports this controller. However, please note that the DualSense Edge must be connected to a PS5 in order to use the Fn + X, O, Triangle, Square buttons with reWASD. When  connecting the gamepad to the PS5, it is important to initialize the default profile for correct use. More information can be found by following the link.
Also since reWASD 6.5.0, Hori Wired Mini Gamepad for PlayStation 4, GameSir G7 Wired Controller (with standard and advanced modes), and XIM Nexus might be initialized as they are. All of the well-known features of reWASD will work seamlessly with these newly supported devices, just as they do with our other gamepads. With reWASD, users can remap any button to the keyboard, mouse, or virtual controller, adjust the curves, use LEDs, and many other features.
We are excited to announce a new reWASD feature that allows you to connect an external virtual controller to your Nintendo Switch or PS4 console using an ESP32 Bluetooth adapter. With this feature, you can create a virtual gamepad on reWASD and use it as if it were a physical gamepad on your console. To get started, simply plug the ESP32 device into your PC, follow the setup instructions to flash the reWASD firmware onto it, and connect it to your console via Bluetooth. Then you can remap your virtual controller to any buttons on your console, giving you more control over your gaming experience.
To use this feature, you can purchase an ESP32 adapter such as the M5Stack Atom Matrix or any other ESP32 device with a serial port for connection to your PC. The ESP32 support in reWASD provides a more predictable and controllable Bluetooth environment, resulting in a smoother and more stable connection.

We are thrilled to unveil that a new type of controller, the Mouse Touchpad, has been added for mobile users. This feature allows you to use your phone as a wireless mouse on your PC. The Mouse Touchpad controller supports various gestures, including tapping with one or two fingers, and scrolling with two fingers on the touchpad. Moreover, you can choose between touchpad types with or without buttons (RMC, LMC), providing you with more versatility and command over your mobile gaming experience.
The Mobile controller with Keyboard in the reWASD Android app now supports changing input languages, allowing users to type on their PC from the Mouse+Keyboard controller with ease.
An accelerometer sensor has been added to the Gamepad, and users can now change the background to true black to reduce energy consumption on some phones at the user's request.
Additionally, you can now set up LEDs on the Gamepad controller and enjoy your favorite games with customized lighting on your screen. Personalize your gaming experience by choosing the type of LEDs on your mobile screen and on both reWASD Junior app. Stay up-to-date by downloading the latest version of the reWASD Junior Android appor iOS app.
